It's really a great question.
There are a couple of reasons.
First, since everyone at Table 7 Press comes from the hospitality industry, we know that the success of any business depends on treating people as individuals, not just "the help."
We carefully consider each submission and provide feedback to each, even when they are not a good fit. We treat each author individually and as part of our team, just like successful hospitality companies do.
Secondly, I know from my own experience that many publishers hesitate to publish books related to hotels, restaurants, culinary, travel, or customer service because they assume there is only a small market that is not worth their time and effort.
I created Table 7 Press to give hospitality managers, employees, and dedicated customers a voice.
